tribute to Man Rayby ~szeretlek

Man Ray's 'Ingres Violin' is one of my favourite photographs of all time, and I'll never do it justice IMO, but it was fun to try and do a modern, grungy take on the famous photo.

My first submission in a long time. I'm back home, I'm doing new things.

PS7 + Canon EOS 300D.

Unless I post the original, there's no point in making a note of the shutter speed, ISO, and f-stop. So I won't bother

Wow! Yes it's one of my favourite photographs too, and this is definatly a wonderful tribute- it's beautiful, and so brilliantly modern.

I Just recently tried this same idea, but I like how you tried to give it the grungy, more modern look, I didn't think about that. Check out mine if you want to compare.

this is a beautiful rendition of the photograph -- much more brooding, darker, sexual. i love it.

i love that photo so much i got f-holes tattooed on my back.
